Physiotherapist MSc, HCPC, MCSP & Clinical Pilates APPI

Hi, I’m Hannah, a Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and specialist in musculoskeletal and pre/post-natal rehabilitation. I’m also trained with an MSc in Pain Management, which means I take a holistic approach to treating pain, helping you move better and feel stronger.

As a busy mum and someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, I understand the challenges of fitting treatment into everyday life. My goal is to provide practical, effective rehabilitation that works for you, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing pregnancy-related discomfort, or improving your overall strength and mobility.

I aim to make your experience as positive as possible, providing care that’s tailored to your needs with a focus on getting you back to doing what you enjoy.
